Our agency opened in 2017 and is a small, dedicated team of two who focus on delivering an excellent customer experience every day. I started my journey as a college intern and later became an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of office I wanted to build.

I’m married, have two dogs, and enjoy running marathons. Staying active and disciplined outside of work helps shape the way I approach the business and support my team. I stay involved in the community as a member of the Rogers Park Business Alliance and serve as an SSA commissioner, working to maintain and improve the local area. Supporting the community is an important part of what we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nick Kosiek - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
